Wally Bourdelov – Chief Executive Officer
Wally Bourdelov has over 40 years in the health industry in both Australia and overseas. He has a diverse background experience including clinical (ICU and Emergency specialisations), education and management within public, private, defence, aged care and private equity.
Wally has completed community and volunteering service within St John Ambulance and emergency services. Wally originally hails from Adelaide in South Australia but relocated in the mid 90’s with most of his time spent in South East Queensland. Wally has qualifications in nursing (Critical Care and Emergency), both undergraduate and post graduate, education, management and business/marketing. Outside work, Wally greatly enjoys travel, a minor microlight flying hobby and tinkering in property investments

Jamie Wann – Director of Nursing
Jamie Wann has been Director of Nursing of St Andrew’s Toowoomba Hospital since August 2019. His career includes clinical, leadership and management roles within the public and private sectors throughout the Darling Downs region over the past 10 years. Jamie is a registered nurse- possessing a Bachelor of Nursing, Masters in Nursing and Masters in Mental Health Nursing. Jamie has a strong passion and commitment for patient safety and quality, the delivery of exceptional patient care and positive organisational culture.

Tracie Beveridge – Director of Finance
Tracie Beveridge joined St Andrew’s Toowoomba Hospital as Director of Finance in August 2021. Tracie has held senior management and leadership roles in both not-for-profit and ASX listed for-profit organisations across a variety of industries including healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, infrastructure and technology. Originally from Tasmania, Tracie has furthered her experience in Melbourne, London and more recently Toowoomba, Brisbane and regional New South Wales.
As an experienced Senior Executive in both the private and public health sectors, Tracie has grown a strong passion for working in the healthcare industry. In particular, the difference which can be made to an individual’s care and wellbeing through the delivery of strong financial custodianship and sound decision making. Tracie has a proven track record of building teams that deliver business transformation and financial sustainability.
Tracie is a Fellow CPA and also a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting.

Suzie Byrnes – Director of Engagement and Communications
Suzie Byrnes joined St Andrew’s Toowoomba Hospital in early 2023 in a new position as Director of Engagement and Communication. Suzie has worked in private health for just three years but made a sizable impact during this short period, particularly in the local response to COVID-19. Toowoomba has always been home for Suzie and has previously worked for LifeFlight Rescue and Lifeline Darling Downs.
Suzie has a refined skillset in business development, marketing and forming strong and mutually beneficial relationships through effective communication. She uses business analytics and healthcare modelling data to influence performance and future opportunities. In 2021, Suzie completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) majoring in leadership. Suzie provides governance as a non-executive director on the board of Toowoomba’s iconic Empire Theatres.
