Linda Jorgensen – Chief Executive Officer

Linda has a track record of success in managing and transforming healthcare organisations. Previously with Aspen Medical Fiji, Linda managed two hospital campuses with a total of 375 beds.  She has led transformative changes, implemented operational metrics, successful workforce strategies and identified and executed initiatives to improve patient experience and revenue generation, particularly through theatre utilisation and optimisation.

Prior to that she served with Healthscope for 6 years in multiple roles including in a dual capacity as GM/DON, fostering positive relationships and improvements in VMO satisfaction and achieving year-on-year financial improvements,

With a background in critical care nursing, Linda’s career has been marked by transformative leadership, financial acumen, and a commitment to patient outcomes.  She brings a wealth of experience, a history of successful transformations, and a commitment to excellence in healthcare leadership.  Having spent 12 months in Fiji, gaining exposure to a different health system, Linda and her family are ready to return to Australia and have relocated to Toowoomba. 

Jaclyn Oughtred – Director of Nursing

Jaclyn Oughtred was appointed Director of Nursing at St Andrew’s in September 2023.

Jaclyn has an extensive background in the private health industry, and joined SATH as Client Engagement Manager in November 2022.

Jaclyn brings extensive clinical leadership experience to this role and has a passion for innovation and commitment to delivering excellence in healthcare.

Jaclyn is excited to be a key member of the Executive Team, driving the continued success and growth of St Andrew’s Toowoomba Hospital.

Fiona Hallam – Chief Finance and Commercial Officer

Fiona Hallam joined St Andrews Toowoomba Hospital as Financial Controller in November 2021. She brings a wealth of financial expertise and healthcare experience, having spent over eight years with Darling Downs Health in roles such as Senior Finance Manager for Corporate and Support Services, Rural, and Toowoomba Hospital. Beyond healthcare, Fiona has diverse financial experience, including a decade in manufacturing with Nestle Purina and eight years in small business, giving her a comprehensive understanding of both large commercial operations and small enterprises. Fiona is a Fellow of CPA Australia (FCPA) with over 25 years of CPA accreditation.

Natalie Hardgrave – HR Executive

Natalie joined the St Andrew’s Toowoomba Hospital team in May 2023. and has experience in key roles in Human Resources, including senior management positions in recruitment, payroll, and organizational development across diverse sectors such as Catholic Education, Qld Health, and Banking, with a strong focus on the Toowoomba region.

Equipped with a Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resource Management, Natalie combines her academic foundation with practical wisdom to create effective HR solutions tailored to our hospital’s unique requirements.  In addition, Natalie is a Professional member of the Australian Human Resources Institute, which ensures Natalie remains at the forefront of the ever-evolving HR landscape. Her commitment to ongoing learning and development empowers her to implement innovative and effective strategies that align perfectly with our hospital’s mission and values.

Ken Hilliard – Business Development Executive

Ken has over 20 years’ experience in the medical industry and brings a natural leadership and a strong understanding of the Private healthcare sector to his position as Business Development Manager at St Andrew Toowoomba Hospital.  Prior to joining St Andrews Ken held a number of senior positions and has experience in Hospitals, cancer services, Pathology and Radiology.  Ken believes in relationship building with a strong focus on strategic planning and positive marketing outcomes. He has a passion for creating partnerships with doctors who are looking at entering the private space and experience in Doctor recruitment, marketing, promotions and hospital Mergers & Acquisitions.  He has been involved with business growth strategies, including organic growth and Brownfield and Greenfield developments.  Ken Goal is to help provide a strong local service to the darling down community.
