Dr Robert Gray

Dr Rob Gray  has been a consultant anaesthetist since 2004.

His primary medical degree with first class honours and a university medal were awarded by the University of Queensland in 1993. His postgraduate training was undertaken in Queensland and Scotland. Rob was awarded the Cecil Gray Prize in 2003 for the highest results of any graduate at the final examination of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists. He is also a member of the Australian Society of Anaesthetists and served for 6 years as Chief Medical Officer of St Vincent’s Private Hospital in Toowoomba.

Rob has a special interest in ultrasound-assisted regional anaesthesia and has done volunteer aid work in developing nations in the Pacific region. In his spare time, Dr Gray enjoys golf, boating, fishing and the occasional glass of red wine.
