The day programs offer assistance in the following areas: Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Social Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Agoraphobia, sleep disorders, poor self esteem, and anger, anxiety and depression in general. Programs are run one day per week (Mondays to Thursdays) over a six week period and they are mutually exclusive.

The programs equip clients with the skills to develop self-esteem and to function socially, manage and control symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress and to take control of their lives and develop confidence.

A general practitioner, psychiatrist or psychologist may make referrals to the Psychology clinic.
