St Andrews Toowoomba Medical Centre
St Andrews Toowoomba Medical Centre is part of Platinum Health Group and is one of Toowoomba’s leading and largest general practice health groups.

The group has been operating for 23 years, and commenced with the Wilsonton Medical Centre. It opened the Village Medical Centre at Highfields in 2005, and then opened the St Andrew’s Toowoomba Medical Centre in 2007. The group took over the Pittsworth Hospital Medical Centre in 2009.

Its 25 GPs have more than 350 years of combined medical experience and are supported by a range of nursing and administrative professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.

The group offers an extensive range of primary health care services including:

travel medicine
skin cancer and skin repair
general health
health assessments
women’s health
children’s immunisations
chronic healthcare needs
acute health needs
Work cover and Veterans ‘Affairs assessments
wound management
enhanced primary care
cardiac risk assessments
home medication reviews

Platinum Health Group also has three independent psychologists and the Wesley Weight Management group operating within its facilities, to extend your patient healthcare options beyond the extensive general practice activities. Pharmacies and blood collection services are provided in close proximity to most of the group’s facilities, and two of its medical centres are co-located with Hospitals.

If you are looking for quality, caring, and extensive general practice health care, where you and your family will always be people — not just patients — please make an appointment.
Platinum accepts new patients in all of its medical centres, where appointments are necessary. To better service the patient demands of the group Platinum’s largest practice, St Andrews Toowoomba Medical Centre, has extended its opening hours until 8pm
Monday to Friday and is also open 8am to 12 noon on Saturdays.
