Fiona has been nursing for 30 years with the latter 15 years in management positions in the private health sector. Fiona completed her Operating Room Management Post- Graduate Certificate at Royal North Shore Hospital in 1990 and went on to specialise in theatre nursing for a further 13 years with the latter 4 years as Perioperative Services Manager at both Prince of Wales Private Hospital and Westmead Private Hospital in Sydney.  

Fiona was previously Director of Clinical Services at North Shore Private Hospital, Ramsay Health Care’s flagship hospital, until 2006 prior to her tree-change to Toowoomba. Fiona brings a Masters of Nursing Management from the University of Technology Sydney and a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management, part of the MBA program at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management, to her role as Director of Clinical Services at St Andrew’s Toowoomba Hospital.
