Home Nursing
Wherever possible patients are allowed to return home after condition is stabilised and referral is made to Home Nursing Services for daily care.

Patient Referral:
Patients admitted for palliative care are referred by their General Practitioner or Specialist Consultant and remain under their medical instruction.
