Understanding private health insurance coverage can be difficult for patients wishing to access private hospitals.

At St Andrew’s Hospital Toowoomba, a special telephone service has been introduced to assist the community with understanding their private health insurance, provide quotations for uninsured patients and share information relation to new services at the hospital.

Where your health insurance may not fully cover your Hospital fees, the balance is payable by you as arranged during your admission interview.  Patients are urged to contact their private health fund in the first instance, followed by contacting St Andrew’s Hospital Toowoomba  should further assistqnce be required.  All major credit cards and EFTPOS facilities are available for payment of accounts.
