Visiting Rights for Medical Officers

 
Medical Officers seeking admitting, consulting, surgical, anaesthetic, assisting, anaesthetic or diagnostic clinical privileges to St Andrew’s Hospital Toowoomba are required to acquire visiting privileges through the hospital’s Credentialing and Clinical Privileges Committee. The various types of clinical practice appointments include Specialist Practitioner, General Practitioner, Registrars, Surgical Assistant and Dentists. ALL NEW APPLICATIONS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY TWO WRITTEN REFERENCES BEFORE THEY WILL BE CONSIDERED

  • AHPRA Registration
  • Medical Indemnity Insurance Policy (must include the period of insurance and catergory of insurance)
  • Current Curriculum Vitae
  • 2 x Written References
  • Certificate showing participation in Continuing Medical Education
