St Andrew's Toowoomba Hospital is a modern 137-bed private hospital, registered as a charity, and administered by a Board of Governors which include members appointed by the Presbyterian Church in Queensland.

Patients come to St Andrew's from Toowoomba and parts of rural Queensland as far afield as Tenterfield, Goondiwindi, St George, Roma, Kingaroy, Gatton and the Lockyer Valley.
