Ray Fairweather - Chief Executive Officer
Ray Fairweather has been Chief Executive Officer of St Andrew’s Toowoomba Hospital since July 2000. His career spans executive roles in health service management covering public and private sector positions in New South Wales and Queensland during the past 40 years. Mr Fairweather holds tertiary qualifications in health service management and is an Associate Fellow of the Australian College of Health Service Management (AFACHSM) and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management (FAIM). He is also a Life Member of the Australian Association of Apex Clubs.

 

 
Director of Clinical Services - Fiona Brown
Fiona has been a Registered Nurse for over 30 years with 16+ years in management roles in the private health sector. Fiona has a background as a Theatre Manager in a number of Sydney private hospitals and was the Director of Clinical Services at North Shore Private Hospital, part of the Ramsay Health Care group, prior to her move to Toowoomba. Fiona has a Masters of Nursing Management Degree, as well as a Post-graduate Diploma in Financial Management.
